We are a fabulous, boutique marketing and design agency offering a range of services to our clientele including branding and corporate identity design, copywriting, social media management, web design, blogging, marketing strategy and more. There's currently 4 of us in our hard working little team and we are looking for another superstar to invite into the fold! Last year we relocated to our beautiful new office in Hawthorne, where your shiny new desk and a cup of tea is waiting for you!
When it comes to our clients, we have struck gold. We have an amazing, growing, core group of clientele who we work with on an ongoing basis handling all their marketing/design and digital needs, plus we work regularly with fantastic new clients on diverse projects. We have clients across the property, legal, beauty and service sectors and are always ready to welcome new businesses onboard!
If you are looking for a diverse, exciting, social media role in Brisbane then this is it. You’ll be 100% focused on managing the social media and social advertising campaigns for our amazing clients. We need someone that can walk the walk when it comes to the latest in social strategy and planning, creating beautiful, engagement driven social channels and thinks social analytics is the best thing on earth. This is not the role for a beginner or someone new to managing social media accounts at a corporate level… we want you to know even more than us when it comes to your favourite subject and want to be wowed with your amazing experience and knowledge of everything in social for 2017.
This is the fun part. The person we seek to add to our team will be a star at all of the below. You'll have at least two years experience working in the field and be able to hit the ground at the pace of Usain Bolt. You'll be yearning to be part of an amazing team that is equally as passionate about a gorgeous Instagram palette as they are about the lunchtime sushi run.
You'll be excellent at time management and recording your hours each day. You will ideally have your own equipment (your own MacBook Pro - we provide everything else but our Polishers BYO their own laptop, generally rented through the Apple Store #taxdeductionbaby). It's a contracting role so each fortnight, you would invoice us for your hours. We offer an hourly rate of $27.50 per hour however this is negotiable on experience. It's great because unlike 'the normal world', you get paid for every hour you work - this keeps our team motivated and happy!
100% ESSENTIAL SKILL BASE:
• Experience managing platforms for businesses across social… send us a link to at least 2 platforms you have managed and what you achieved for them
• Social Advertising (we're talking more than a few sponsored posts - in your cover letter tell us why you're a gun at SMM and your favourite management platforms to work across )
• Being across the Microsoft office suite (must know Excel etc)
• Passion (if your eyes twinkle when you talk about social media and engagement – then you're our type of person)
• Not a skill as such… but you must have/organise an ABN and be able to invoice us for your work
FOR BONUS POINTS: (not necessary but we'd be delightfully impressed if you have….)
• Experience using WorkFlowMax
